Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Aldea account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)

• Open Aldea on your phone.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is erased right away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — By email request

If you can no longer sign in, email hello@ataforge.com from the address linked to your account, or include the name and phone number registered with the account. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and sign-in identity (Apple / Google).
• Your household, family contacts, and their invitations.
• All reminders, check-ins, and their history.
• All conversation history with the companion.
• Consent records and notification settings.

What is kept, and for how long

We retain nothing tied to your identity after deletion. Anonymised, aggregate operational logs that cannot be linked back to you may persist in backups for a short retention window and are then overwritten. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records held by the app stores) are governed by those providers.

Family subscriptions

Aldea is free for the older adult. If a family member pays for premium features, deleting the older adult’s account ends the associated service. Manage or cancel the subscription itself through the App Store or Google Play account that purchased it.
